Bob Barker is the Greatest

Bob Barker recently retired from hosting The Price is Right after 35 years of wonderful daytime television. The show is now hosted by comedian Drew Carey.



I remember growing up watching this show every time I stayed home sick from school. My favorite game was and still is Plinko. When I got to college I was able to tune in and watch because my classes started later. I still watch it now and again when I'm not working. Drew Carey is a great host but no one can replace Bob Barker. Here is a funny video I found of Barker having some fun with the Sports Center gang.

Meghan & Matt

Yesterday was a wonderful day, the weather was perfect for an engagement shoot. Meghan and Matt are getting married next year and from photographing them yesterday I could tell they are in love. Here are some photos from the day. It was fun to have Riley there to throw leaves into the picture.

Go Red Sox

Congratulations to the Boston Redsox for winning two world series in four years and sweeping both teams while doing it. Wow! what a series.

Editing today

After every wedding. I sit down and go through every image I shot and select the best ones. I end up selecting 1000 to 1500 images. Today, tune in and watch me edit some wedding images in Adobe Lightroom.

Going Live

So I saw this on DJ's blog.So I thought I would broadcast live. So you can tune in and watch me eating, or drinking some agua, reading, editing or watching the red sox win the world series.

Go Red Sox!!!

I am not a huge baseball fan, but when a team like the Red Sox makes it to the World Series you gotta watch. Last night was a pretty incredible game. I didn't watch the whole thing but after a score of 13-1 in the 6th inning I was pretty sure it was over. I am sorry to those of you who are Rockies fans. Go Red Sox.

Fall

I just love fall. I love the colors of the trees, they are so peaceful and beautiful to look at. Here are some images from around my home town. Here are just a few, I will post some more later.

Prices Right Cliff Hanger Game and Gas

Everytime I go to get Gas these days I feel like I'm on the Prices Right playing the Cliff Hanger Game. if You aren't familiar with the game it's the one where you have to guess prices of products and how many dollars you are off of the actual price this little cliff hanger man climbs a mountain. So everytime I'm getting gas I hum the little Yo de Lay he, Yo De Lay he, Yo De Lay he who song. I'm always hoping I can fill my tank up without going over 30 dollars. I lose everytime. haha

Steven Spielberg shows up to wedding while shooting indy 4

while I was shooting Karin and John's Wedding in Hartford CT, Steven Spielberg was also there shooting the new Indiana Jones movie. The whole town was set back in time to the 50's. It was very cool and fun to be shooting a wedding while it was going on. Here are some shots I took of Karin and John with Steven.

Karin and John

Karin and John's Wedding was one to remember. They had it in New Haven, CT on the Yale University campus. On this particular weekend it just so happened that they were filming the new Indiana Jones movie on campus. They were told they had to move their wedding to a different church because Steven Spielberg wanted to use it in his movie. Despite the disappointing news, the wedding turned out beautiful. They had their wedding in the wonderful Battel chapel, and because Steven Spielberg felt bad about taking their church from them he showed up to take pictures with everyone, What a great guy. It was an exciting day. I had a blast photographing Karin and John's wedding. They are a wonderful couple and I wish them all the best. Check out their slideshow
